	Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the QiAffiliate service as an Affiliate. By signing up for the QiAffiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its Terms and Conditions. The QiAffiliate Terms and Conditions regulate the business conditions between QiBounding, the importer of rebounding equipment of all kinds, and the members of the QiAffiliate Program (called Affiliates), and applies to all orders generated through the QiAffiliate Program. No agreements other than those contained herein shall be binding unless made in writing and signed by QiBounding. All agreements contained in any prior oral or written communication, which are different from or in addition to the agreements contained herein are hereby rejected and shall not be binding. Condition: In order to become a QiAffiliate member, you must have purchased one Bellicon Rebounder through QiBounding. If you sign up as a QiAffiliate member and do not have purchased a Bellicon rebounder prior to this, you won't receive a commission for your first sales but only for further sales. Although QiBounding is selling other products, the QiAffiliate program is unique for the selling and distributing of the Bellicon Premium, the Bellicon 39 and the Bellicon 44 bungee band Rebounders. No commission is granted for any other sales. Sales Terms and Conditions The Terms and Conditions that apply to all End-Customers can be find on the QiBounding website at http://www.qibounding.com/terms_and_conditions.html and have to be made available to your customers BEFORE they order. Pricing Policy In order to assure fair and equal conditions for all Affiliates, the Affiliate must apply the retail prices which are published at www.QiBounding.com. Violation of this policy is grounds for immediate termination of the QiAffiliate membership. No special offers or price reductions are allowed, unless having received written permission by QiBounding. This policy applies to all direct mail, Internet, print advertising, or any similar type of sales. This policy applies to all sales within the United States, US possessions, and Canada and from the United States and Canada into any country which does not have an established pricing policy. Sales made within any country other than the United States or Canada will be governed by the policies of the Distributor for that country. Deceptive advertising practices are strongly discouraged. Obvious examples of this would be making false or misleading statement and/or unfounded claims. Misleading phrases or wording of offers may be restricted by QiBounding at any time if they violate the spirit of this policy. Shipping Policies QiBounding ships out as quickly as possible, but can under no circumstances made responsible for late deliveries. QiBounding ships orders within with FedEx as FedEx offers the best prices. The current shipping prices for shipping to the 48 contiguous States are: $95 for the Bellicon Premium and the Bellicon 44 and $60 for the Bellicon 39. For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or to other countries, we have to calculate the shipping costs manually. For this reason, customers of all of the above states/countries need to fill out a pdf file and send it to us. The pdf file is on our website and your customers will automatically be guided to the file relative to their state or country. If one of your clients lives close to our Center of Healthy Movement (2840 Lakeview Drive, Naples, FL) he can pick up the Rebounder. In this case no shipping costs apply. Prior appointment is needed. Taxes If the Affiliate generates a commission higher than $600 during the calendar year, QiBounding will send out a 1099 form at the begin of the following year. Service What distinguishes Bellicon Rebounders from other brands is not only the top quality material and the German craftsmanship of the Bellicon Rebounders, it is also our very special customer service. This service is based on a thorough and individual counseling of each client which allows him to find the correct Rebounder for his health and fitness needs. We therefore ask the Affiliate to become familiar with the different kinds of Bellicon Rebounders, the different strength of Bungee bands etc.. We suggest that the Affiliate takes a moment to get acquainted with the www.QiBounding.com website and gets familiar with the Bellicon Rebounders and their specific features. QiBounding is happy to assist you in any way to get a complete knowledge of the product. Your website QiBounding is happy to provide you with pictures which you can place on your website to promote the Bellicon Rebounders. However, you are not allowed to copy any content from the websites www.QiBounding.com, www.Bellicon.us, or www.Bellicon.com - which are under copyright - unless you have written permission from QiBounding to do so. Please not that in order to stay with us on the QiAffiliate Program, you have to generate 1 sales within a quarter of a year. If you fail to do so, we have to cancel your account. To be an authorized member of QiAffiliate, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions contained in this agreement.
